QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum three or more years experiences working in related role at luxury lifestyle brand.
- Comprehensive understanding of environmental regulations, ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) frameworks, sustainable development goals (SDGs), circular economy principles and corporate social responsibility (1).
- Familiar with OPERA System (2, 5, 7, 8, 9), Micros Symphony (10, 11, 12, 13) and Microsoft Office application literacy.
- Strong knowledge of plants, soils, irrigation systems, and pest control (3)
- Knowledge of healing therapies, spa treatments, beauty products, wellness traditions (2, 19).
- Powerful sales leader with the capacity to set aggressive sales intensity through personal involvement with strategy, deployment, revenue management and sales initiatives (2).
- Proficient in safely driving vehicles, including guest transport (car) and buggies
- Possess a valid Gada Pratama certification issued by a recognized security training center approved by POLRI (Indonesian National Police) (18)
- Knowledge and experience in the purchasing and productions process and is equally versed in global distribution, and have critical problem analysis/resolution skills.
- Good English literate, both written and oral.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, energetic and positive individual.
- Good command of English.
