Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position (1,2,3,4,5)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills (1,2,3,4,5)
- Strong networking abilities to establish and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, event planner, and other potential business partners (1,3)
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial management (2)
- In-depth understanding of the food and beverage industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer service standards (3)
- Familiarity with spa operations, treatments, and customer service standards (4,5)
- Good command of English spoken & written
