- Able to manage guest satisfaction (3)
- Have good English and communication skill
- Creative, energetic, honest, highly motivated, initiative and willing to under pressure
- Open for a positive criticism
- Can do work in team or individual
- Professional manner, calm and rational approach even in hectic situation
- Able join immediately
