- EXECUTIVE CHEF
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar position
- Thoroughly familiar with HACCP systems
- Strong leadership and organizational skill
- Able to work flexible hours to manage three independent specialty restaurants with a total 270 of seats and Banquet facilities for up to 200 capacity
- Energetic, positive individual and team player
- Innovative and creative approach to menu composition
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
