- Experience in this position at 4-5 star Hotel minimum 5 years
- Strong in leadership to manage the Hotel
- Willing to work hard as a team player and self motivated
- Pleasant personality and charming
- Competent in the position good communication skill
- Good in analysis , budgeting, and the strategy business
