Position           : Front Office Supervisor

Department    : Front Office

  1. Min Diploma/Bachelor Degree
  2. Previous experience in front desk or guest service roles, along with at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or similar establishment
  3. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential
  4. Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of Front Office Staff, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
  5. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  6. The ability to resolve guest issues and address operational challenges efficiently
  7. Willingness to work flexible hours

Position           : Restaurant Bar Manager

Department    : Food & Beverage Service

  1. Min Diploma/Bachelor Degree
  2. Experience in the same field min 3 years
  3. Must have a good beverage knowledge and service knowledge
  4. Must have a high creativity and brand development
  5. Honestly, good communication skill, leadership, responsibility, and profesionalism
  6. Knowing about digital marketing and social media
  7. Able to working in high pressure
  8. Able to join immediately

Position           : Sales & E-commerce Manager

Department    : Sales & Marketing

  1. S1 majoring in Tourism and Hospitality Management or Digital Marketing Management
  2. 3-years of work experiences as Senior Sales, E-Commerce & Reservation Manager in 4 stars hotel
  3. Have a wide relationship with portal agents, corporations and government
  4. Have a strong managerial and leadership skills, good analytival skills, able to work under pressure and target oriented
  5. Have a firm attitude, communicative and self motivated
  6. Creative in setting up E-Commerce or Digital Marketing strategy
  7. Well understanding in English, both verbal and written

Position           : Engineering Supervisor

Department    : Engineering

  1. Bachelor’s degree/Min D3 in Engineering or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in project management is highly desirable.
  3. In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and processes related to the spesific field
  4. Proven ability to lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful project execution
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team

Position           : Guest Service Attendant

Department    : Front Office

  1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
  2. Customer service experience preferred
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  6. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  7. Basic computer skills

Position           : Guest Realtion Officer

Department    : Front Office

  1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
  2. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential. Proficiency in other languages is a plus
  3. A bachelor’s degree/Diploma in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field is preferred
  4. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Ability to anticipate guest needs, handle complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction
  5. Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with guests and team members. Ability to work well in a team oriented environment

Position           : Chef de Partie Dimsum

Department    : Food & Beverage Product

  1. A Culinary degree or equivalent training in Asian cuisine, particularly dimsum is esential
  2. Proficiency in creating a variety of dimsum dishes, including dumplings, buns, and rolls, with precision and creativity
  3. Innovation in creating new dimsum recipes and improving existing ones
  4. Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards to ensure safe food preparation
  5. Effective communication skills to coordinate with the culinary team and communicate with kitchen management

Position           : Cook Helper Dimsum

Department    : Food & Beverage Product

  1. Proficient in basic cooking techniques and knowledge of Dimsum Cuisine
  2. Able to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation
  3. Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards to ensure safe food handling
  4. Effective communication skills to coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff
  5. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Position           : Cook Teppanyaki

Department    : Food & Beverage Product

  1. Proven experience as a Teppanyaki Cook or similar role, with a deep understanding of Teppanyaki cooking techniques
  2. Proficiency in performing entertaining cooking shows while maintaining a focus on food quality and safety
  3. Kowledge of Japanese cuisine and ingredients, with the ability to create authentic and flavorful dishes
  4. Strong interpersonal and vommunication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
  5. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously without compromising quality
  6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to ensure accurate preparation and presentation of dishes
  7. A passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Position           : Soundman ( Daily Worker )

Department    : Engineering

  1. High School, Diploma or Equivalent
  2. Proficiency in operating sound equipment, including mixers, microphones, amplifiers, and recording devices
  3. Prior experience as a soundman or audio technician is preferred
  4. Effective communication with other team and performers
  5. Willingness to adapt to different venues, equipment, and sound requirements
  6. Able to join immediately

Position           : Mechanical Engineering ( Daily Worker )

Department    : Engineering

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  2. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, materials and principles
  3. Good communication and problem solving skills
  4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
