Area Reservation Agent
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Proficient in English both oral and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills both verbal and written
- Keen to deliver bespoke service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role within hotel industry and previous experience using Opera PMS is preferred
Human Resources Administrator (Daily Worker)
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant field preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Human Resources Administrator in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Good knowledge of Indonesia labor law preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English, additional language(s) an advantage.
- Strong record keeping ability, good computer and database skills.
