Requirements :
- Proven experience with minimum 3-years in the same position in 5* international hotels company
- Graduated from reputable university with excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in innovating new concepts
- Executive level with ultimate leadership and proven track record
- Tough, energetic, dynamic, detail, and inspiring
- Manages the development of a strategic account plan
- Manages the property’s reactive and proactive sales efforts
- Suggests innovative marketing ideas and develops deployment strategies to continue to grow market share.
- Experience in Event & Wedding (2)
- Have base account in Bali and have wide connection with vendor (2)
- Able to handle FIT & GIT (2)
