- Male/Female
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any major (Psychology preferred)
- Have at least 1 Year experience in a similar field, preferably related to the recruitment process, payroll system and employee training
- Have good communication skills
- Can make decisions correctly and well
- Able to operate a computer (MS. Office & familiar with the Application Talenta by Mekari)
- Can speak English (plus value)
- 3 Months Probation
