Hotel Furama Xclusive Ocean Beach Seminyak, a groovy hotel for the surfers located in awesome Seminyak area is looking for story collector candidates to fill in the following positions:
- Head Chef
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same field.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Have extensive food knowledge including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and HACCP knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership, communicative.
- Able to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets and identify measures to cut waste
- Team player, able to work under pressure.
- Up to date with Food trends and creating optimum customer satisfaction by providing the highest standard of food quality and presentation.
- IT Daily Worker
