We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic Indonesian professionals to become our team in the position of:
- Human Resources & Training Manager
- Chef De Partie
- Restaurant Supervisor
- Trainee (Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, Food & Beverage Product)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or graduation from Hotel Management School.
- Possess good English.
- Minimum 2 (two) years experiences in a similar position (1,2,3).
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Strategic and creative mindset.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiar with labor law, recruitment and legal requirements (1).
- Experienced in providing training and developing training programs and materials (1).
- Thorough understanding of training processes (1).
- Passionate and good at Indonesian cooking are preferable (2).
- Have passion and knowledge in Food & Beverage Service (3).
- Able to manage and supervise restaurant staff and ensuring the service sequences are applied (3).
- Relevant education background (4).
