Job Title: Butler for Luxury Villas in Ubud
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Ubud, Bali, Indonesia
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and professional butler to join our luxury villas in Ubud, Bali. The butler will be responsible for providing personalised, attentive service to our guests to ensure their stay is comfortable and memorable. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be well-organised, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out
- Coordinate guest activities and requests, such as arranging transportation, spa appointments, and dining reservations
- Provide personalised service to guests, including anticipating their needs and preferences
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the villa, including guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces
- Prepare and serve meals and drinks to guests as requested
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handle special requests and assist with events and celebrations as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, hospitality or related degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a butler or in a similar role in a luxury hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
