SereS Springs Resort & Spa – Singakerta is 5-Star International Chain Hotels located in Ubud –Bali, is currently seeking highly motivated, dynamic, and professional people to be a part of our dynamic and energetic team to occupy the following position :
Vacation Club Manager
General :
- The Vacation Club Manager will participate in the development and maintenance of the brand vision and strategy.
- This candidate must be enthusiastic, collaborative, creative thinker and will lead the day-to-day execution of brand sales & marketing plans and the tactics necessary to deliver the required Sales and Revenue targets.
- She/he will act as point of contact with various internal and external clients and facilitate creative sales strategies to ensure the delivery of the assigned sales targets.
- Previous Experience in developing and operating a Timeshare, Vacation Ownership or Vacation industry is a must!!
Key Responsibilities, but are not limited to :
- Establish and Execute on SSVC Brand Management Strategy.
- Produces strategic and creative presentations that will be impactful for closing sales deals.
- Responsible for overall creation and development of supporting collaterals for the business.
- Assists in development of annual marketing program budgets and maintain, tracking and
reporting of operational budget throughout the year.
- Hiring, recruitment and training of New Associates and the creation of New Vacation Club Brand Ambassadors.
- Evaluation and monitor associate performance goals.
- Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and YTD.
- Representing the company in an ethical, moral and professional manner, ensuring that the company and its associated brands are not compromised.
- Champion internal brand integration through effective communication, excellence in project
management and elevation of the importance of brand integrity.
- Work well with the Hotel Division and the Hotel Department Heads and maintain a ‘one team’ ethos.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external business.
- Reporting insights about trends that may impact brand-positioning and performance: Industry, market, competitor, and customer.
Requirements:
- Indonesian Nationals, preferably domicile in Bali
- 5-7+ years of relevant professional experience with Good Negotiation Skills.
- Have handled prior sales of contracted occupancy rights (timeshare) sales and marketing.
- Excellent English; verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Other languages will be beneficial as well.
- Passionate attitude with enthusiasm for growth.
- Ability to work on weekends, Public Holiday and occasional evening hours as needed.
