We are offering an opportunity for energetic, loyal and honest young people to join our team for the following vacancies:

  1. Accountant

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Has 2 years of experiences with accounting Hotel including software and data entry
  2. Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  3. Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets and know how to build balance sheet, PNL, tax plan report
  4. Ability to work independently
  5. Analytical skills and Familiar with industry’s best practices
  6. Ability to work in a team or individual.
  7. English speaking applicants will be preferred
  8. Smart, charming, friendly and having sense of customer service
  9. Ability to join as soon as possible

Responsibilities & Duties:

  1. Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
  2. Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
  3. Managing income and expenditure accounts
  4. Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
  5. Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
  6. Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
  7. Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
  8. Order suppliers to stock inventory appropriately
  9. Prepare payroll and perform as HR admin for employee

2.Front Desk Agent (Daily Worker)

Requirements:

  1. Minimum one year of proven experience working as Front Desk or in a similar role
  2. Attention to details and the ability to multitask
  3. Able to work in a team or individual
  4. English speaking applicants will be preferred
  5. Able to join immediately

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  2. Manage online and phone reservations
  3. Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
  4. Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
  5. Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
  6. Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
  7. Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
  8. Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
  9. Confirm group reservations for yoga retreat and arrange personalized services for them like tour package and sightseeing activities
  10. Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
  11. Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
