General Requirements:
- Proven experience of Min. 3 years in Management level/Head of Department at 4/5 star hotel.
- Self-starter and Team builder with strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead by example by displaying a high standard of performance to the team and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, HRIS, people development and organisation development (1).
