Victoria Uluwatu

HHRMA Hotel Bali – Victoria Uluwatu

Victoria Uluwatu is a brand-new luxury villa, we are building something special — a place where every guest feels cared for, every detail is intentional, and every member of the team has pride in what they do. We believe success happens when we work as one. That means helping each other, being flexible, and staying focused on the guest experience at all times.

This is a luxury villa environment that relies on personal responsibility, initiative, and teamwork. Everyone has their own role, but no one is above stepping in where support is needed. If something needs to be done and you are free — you help. That mindset will define our culture.

In Bali, we understand the importance of structure, respect, and clear roles — especially within the Balinese work culture. At the same time, we encourage honest communication, mutual support between departments, and the idea that each person contributes to something bigger than just their job.
