Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relation Officer to join our team at Jimbaran Bay Beach Resort & Spa.
As a Guest Relation Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.
If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you!
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
