FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER (Indonesian)
About the Role:
Our public restaurant serves over 500 guests daily & up to 1,500 during peak season, while also managing a dynamic mix of in-villa dining, multi-day retreats, weddings & high-profile events by the pool.
We’re soon opening a new high-end Japanese concept, adding another exciting layer to our F&B operations.
We’re looking for a seasoned operator with a sharp eye for service excellence, team leadership, hygiene protocols & guest experience, who is a highly motivated, self-directed, honest & disciplined individual that is able to work in a fast paced environment.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both spoken and written English & Bahasa Indonesia.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B or restaurant management in a high-volume, premium hospitality setting.
- Strong operational background, particularly in floor service, systems & event catering.
- Passionate about hospitality, food & delivering high-level guest experiences.
- Comfortable managing large teams & leading under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed to cleanliness, attention to detail & setting high service standards.
- Well-organized, flexible & respectful of diverse cultures & working styles.
- Experience with retreats, weddings or large-scale catering is a strong advantage.
- Willing to be place at Pecatu, Uluwatu, Bali area.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day service operations of our main restaurant & bar.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and smooth service flow across all areas, including our poolside events, in-villa dining, weddings & retreats.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety & hygiene protocols across all service outlets.
- Coordinate with our Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless kitchen-to-floor communication.
- Recruit, train, and mentor the service team to uphold performance standards & guest engagement.
- Collaborate with management on new outlet launches, special events & service innovations.
- Act as a hands-on leader, present on the floor, especially during peak service hours & major events.
