We are looking for professional individual to fill our Housekeeping Manager position.
Job Duties
- Monitor housekeeping budget in all areas including the expense, laundry revenue and manning
- Prepare and monitor the housekeeping working schedule
- Train, coach and lead housekeeping team
- Ensures forwarding and receiving of all information pertaining to the department in order to maintain set standards and achieve guest satisfaction
- Responsible for entering accurate room status into computer daily and investigate discrepancies
- Maintains and update administrative data
- Maintains working area and equipment in a proper state of cleanliness and repair
- Complies with hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policies and adheres to conduct personal grooming and hygiene standards
- Adheres to Housekeeping standards and procedures and enforces the same standard.
Qualifications
- At least Bachelor or Diploma Tourism School degree in any field
- At least 2 year sexperience in the same position
- Strong result oriented, people management, and leadership skills
- Strong in English communication skill, and computer literate
- Strong in analytical, problem solving skills, and execution of work
- Hardworking, positive attitude, proactive, enthusiastic and attention to details
- Able to join immediately
