- 1 year experience in a similar position in hospitality industry.
- Enjoy working in a team and individually.
- Fluent in English both verbal and writing.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situation.
- Ability to perform troubleshooting and repair for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and preventive maintenance procedures.
