Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations in assigned area, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Monitor and train staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and health & safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Supervisor in the coffee shop / café industry.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, café operations, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Job Description:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of hotel facilities and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.
- Assist in emergency repairs when needed.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and according to standards.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant technical or engineering background (mechanical, electrical, or civil).
- Experience in hotel maintenance is an advantage.
- Able to work in shifts and respond to urgent calls.
- Physically fit and safety-conscious.

Job Description:
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests.
- Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service.
Job Requirements:
- Previous F&B service experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
