Hot Stone Ubud is a luxury hospitality destination dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations with a focus on service quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience: Oversee the front desk and concierge, ensuring seamless guest interactions and high
  • Team Leadership: Train, support, and motivate front office staff, fostering a team- oriented
  • Operational Management: Manage check-ins/outs, reservations, and collaborate with other departments for smooth
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, manage daily revenue, and implement upselling
  • Scheduling: Coordinate staffing schedules and manage front office resources

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in a
  • Experience with Property Management System (PMS) software is highly
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management
