Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Oversee the front desk and concierge, ensuring seamless guest interactions and high
- Team Leadership: Train, support, and motivate front office staff, fostering a team- oriented
- Operational Management: Manage check-ins/outs, reservations, and collaborate with other departments for smooth
- Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, manage daily revenue, and implement upselling
- Scheduling: Coordinate staffing schedules and manage front office resources
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in a
- Experience with Property Management System (PMS) software is highly
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management
