Chef de Partie
Responsibilities
- Assist Sous Chef in preparing and presenting dishes in accordance with hotel standards.
- Responsible for a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, etc.).
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes meet established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, adhering to HACCP standards.
- Train and supervise commis chefs and kitchen helpers under your responsibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a starred hotel or reputable restaurant.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Flexible and willing to work in shifts.
- Committed to delivering high quality and guest satisfaction.
