THE LOKHA UBUD Resort Villas & Spa is looking for :
- F & B SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Summary:
The F&B Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue and promoting the hotel restaurant as both an in-house dining venue and a standalone destination for external guests. This role focuses on building market presence, developing partnerships, creating promotional strategies, and ensuring high guest engagement for both local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Actively promote the restaurant to external guests, corporate clients, local communities, travel agents, and event organizers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities including group dining, private events, and local collaborations.
- Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to generate leads and secure bookings.
- Build relationships with influencers, concierges, tour guides, and nearby hotels/villas to boost walk-in traffic.
- Work closely with online platforms (Google, TripAdvisor, Chope, etc.) to increase online presence and visibility.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create seasonal promotions, campaigns, events, and social media content that drive external guest visits.
- Assist in planning and executing F&B marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness of the restaurant as a standalone outlet.
- Monitor competitors’ offerings and trends to refine the restaurant’s positioning in the market.
- Operational Support & Coordination:
- Liaise closely with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen team to align sales strategies with operational capabilities.
- Support the organization of special events (romantic dinners, corporate luncheons, family gatherings, etc.) and ensure guest expectations are met or exceeded.
- Provide input on menu design and pricing strategy based on market demand and guest feedback.
Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain a sales pipeline and generate weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, market trends, and performance against targets.
- Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up for all confirmed bookings, group dining, and special requests.
- Track ROI of promotions and external campaigns to optimize future strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in F&B sales, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role in a stand-alone restaurant.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with Bali’s dining and hospitality scene, including key tourism and lifestyle hubs.
- Fluent in English (additional language is a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and during events if required.
