HHRMA Hotel Bali – The Grand Daha Luxury Villas Seminyak
The Grand Daha Luxury Villas is looking for a finance and accounting supervisor to support our CFO and Accountant in overseeing daily financial operations. This role will be instrumental in managing AP, AR, GL and tax functions, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee AP, AR and GL processes, ensuring completeness, accuracy and efficiency
- Supervise a small finance team of 3
- Assist in tax compliance, tax and annual external audits and regulatory financial requirements
- Support and work with external tax advisors to ensure compliance with key reporting to government agencies
- Manage all key banking relationships and including opening new bank accounts
- Work with HR to oversee monthly payroll processing
- Implement process improvements and improve internal financial controls.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, acting as the second layer to the CFO and Accountant.
- Support and work with our local Chief Operating Officer and General Manager’s
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field but not mandatory
- 8+ years of finance/accounting supervisory experience
- Experience in hotel / villa resort industry
- Proficient in ERP systems generally but ideally in Xero accounting software / Cloudbeds Hospitality software
- Able to join immediately
