We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented  As a Sales & Marketing Lead

Requirements :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent experience in F&B, Sales, or Business Development will also be consider
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally within the hospitality or sustainability sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth through strategic partnership
  • Strong experience with sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social engagement, is highly v
  • Data-driven mindset – comfortable using performance metrics and market data to inform business decisions.
  • Proficiency in English is required for cross-team collabora Fluency in regional languages or dialects is a plus for building deeper relationships in local markets.
  • Flexibility in work schedule – as businesses do not always operate on a standard 9-to-5 schedule.
  • You are an out-of-the-box thinker who constantly challenges the status quo.
