Qualification:
- 4+ years’ experience as Executive Chef in a luxury r e s o r t (1)
- Experience in the same position( 2-6 ).
- Extensive experience in culinary management, including menu planning and kitchen operations (1)
- Proficiency in HACCP, food safety and hygiene practices (1)
- Skills in staff training, team management, and Leadership (1)
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills (1)
- Creativity and innovation in food presentation and m e n u development (1)
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment (1)
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred (1)
- International exposure preferable (1)
- Food wastage best practices and sustainability (1)
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- English is a must ( Written and Spoken )
- Love to work in a team with target oriented.
- Good attitude, strong leadership character & able to work under pressure
- Able to join immediately
