PANDAWA CLIFF ESTATE – We are a well-established estate with a wedding venue located on the Pandawa beach cliff top, currently looking for a potential candidate to join our busy estate and become part of the best villa/estate team. The details are as follows:

  1. CHIEF ENGINEER

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all technical systems, including electricity, kitchen equipment, water heaters, water treatment, air conditioning, generators, pool maintenance, and MEP.
  • Handle all types of building damage, including leaking roofs, broken pipes, and other structural issues.
  • Ensure that all villa facilities, such as Wi-Fi, plumbing, and utility systems, operate normally on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate the work of external vendors or technicians and manage technical procurement needs.
  • Conduct routine inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare technical condition reports for management.

General Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in MEP systems, electrical work, plumbing, and basic internet networking.
  • Experienced in independently handling technical issues from start to finish.
  • Able to work quickly, respond promptly, and find solutions when unexpected problems arise.
  1. BUTLER

Job Description:

  • Provide a polite and professional point of contact for the guest and be thoroughly familiar with the services and facilities of the Villa.
  • Meet guests when they arrive and get them settled in their rooms
  • Provide high-quality service to guests, including taking orders for food and beverages
  • Deal with guest complaints and promptly report any problems to the Manager

General Requirements:

  • Has experience as a Butler for a minimum of 1 year (preferred)
  • Experience in bar service, including cocktail preparation and guest interaction (preferred)
  • Good command of basic English communication.
  1. Daily Worker (DW) Kitchen Team

Job Description:

Responsible for the overall kitchen operations in the villa.

General Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Vocational High School (or equivalent).
  • Skilled in using a wok.
  • Previous experience working as part of a kitchen team preferred.
  • Able to work in a flexible and adaptive environment.
