Mira Hotel & Recovery is a pre-opening luxury boutique hotel which is locates Bingin Area, Pecatu, Badung. We Are currently seeking high-talented and motivated individuals to join our Pre-opening teams in following establishments:
1. ACCOUNTING MANAGER – PRE-OPENING TEAM
About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced and strategic Accounting Manager to join our pre-opening team. You will be responsible for establishing and overseeing all financial systems, budgeting, reporting, and compliance as we prepare for our grand opening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up financial systems, policies, and internal controls
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Oversee audits, tax submissions, and statutory reporting
- Lead and build the accounting team
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in a similar position in a 4–5 star property
- Pre-opening experience is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of local tax and labor regulations
- Proficient in hotel PMS & accounting systems
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills
2. HEAD CHEF – PRE-OPENING TEAM
About the Role:
- We’re seeking a visionary Head Chef to lead the creation of a health-driven, high-end culinary experience for our guests. This role is ideal for a chef who can blend creativity with clean, nourishing flavors in a boutique resort setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design full menu concepts with a focus on wellness and quality
- Lead kitchen layout planning and equipment setup
- Hire and train kitchen team
- Ensure food cost control, hygiene, and safety compliance
- Collaborate closely with the GM and F&B team for concept execution
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years as Head Chef in boutique/luxury properties
- Strong understanding of wellness cuisine and dietary trends
- Pre-opening experience is a plus
- Fluent in HACCP and kitchen SOPs
- Creative, hands-on leader
3. HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR – PRE-OPENING TEAM
About the Role:
- Join our team as Housekeeping Supervisor to help create and maintain luxury standards from day one. You will help set up the department, create SOPs, and train the team to uphold Mira’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Develop housekeeping SOPs and checklists
- Supervise room setup and cleanliness before soft opening
- Train housekeeping staff in luxury service standards
- Maintain inventory and ensure hygiene compliance
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years as Housekeeping Supervisor in a luxury/boutique hotel
- Strong leadership and training abilities
- Eye for detail and guest-oriented mindset
- Able to work in a fast-paced pre-opening environment
4. PURCHASING SUPERVISOR – PRE-OPENING TEAM
About the Role:
- As Purchasing Supervisor, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating all procurement needs during the pre-opening phase, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate with vendors for all departments
- Work closely with department heads for procurement planning
- Monitor budgets and inventory levels
- Ensure quality, price, and timely delivery
- Build and maintain supplier relationships
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in purchasing for hospitality
- Knowledge of hotel procurement systems and processes
- Detail-oriented with strong negotiation skills
- Pre-opening experience is a big advantage
