Open Positions:
- Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Khastana Hadi Resort Ubud – Tegallalang, Bali
Type: Full-time
As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of in-villa F&B services and assisting in the pre-opening and operational management of our new restaurant outlet. This is a dynamic role requiring a hands-on leader with strong attention to service excellence, product quality, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of operations and administration in the F&B Department
- Lead pre-opening preparations for our new outlet
- Ensure excellent guest experience across in-villa and outlet F&B services
- Coordinate with Culinary, Housekeeping, and Front Office for seamless service
- Supervise, train, and motivate the F&B team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of F&B supervisory experience in a luxury hotel/resort
- Pre-opening experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
- Knowledge of Restaurant Setup, hygiene standards, and F&B service procedures
Trainee Program
Location: Khastana Hadi Resort Ubud – Tegallalang, Bali
Type: Internship / Student Training Program
