We are currently looking for talented and motivated candidates for the following positions:
- Security – Daily Worker
- Front Office – Daily Worker
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent) (1 & 2)
- Previous experience in Front Office or customer service roles within the hospitality industry is preferred (2)
- Possesses a valid Gada Pratama certificate (1)
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written (1 & 2)
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and VHP system (2)
- Able to work independently and within a team (1 & 2)
- Good understanding of safety and emergency procedures (1)
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest reservations through various channels (phone, email, online) (2)
- Maintain the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property (1)
- Perform regular patrols throughout public areas and back-of-house sections (1)
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally (2)
- Monitor CCTV systems and control access to restricted areas (1)
- Record and report any unusual activities in the daily log book (1)
- Accurately handle administrative tasks and record-keeping (2)
- Assist in vehicle traffic control within the hotel premises (1)
