Cognizant to this fact, impi management is currently seeking an individual with genuine passion to put personalized service above all else in the most honest and sincere manner to join us as our team to be assigned at Amnaya Resort Kuta with the following details:

  1. Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and ensure the maintenance and repair of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems are in accordance with standards.
  2. Lead and guide the technical team to complete tasks efficiently.
  3. Ensure that electrical systems, HVAC, water systems, and other mechanical equipment function properly.
  4. Conduct regular inspections to prevent damage or operational disruptions.
  5. Coordinate with vendors or external contractors when necessary.
  6. Maintain workplace safety standards in all aspects of maintenance and repair work.
  7. Prepare regular reports regarding the condition and maintenance of MEP equipment.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum education: D3/S1 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field with at least 3 years of experience as an Engineering Supervisor, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry.
  2. Understand electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment.
  3. Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
  4. Experienced in troubleshooting and conducting preventive and corrective maintenance.
  5. Knowledge of workplace safety standards in engineering.
  6. Strong leadership skills, able to manage the technical team effectively.
  7. Willingness to work in shifts and be on-call when required.
  1. Guest Service Attendant – Male

Qualifications:

  • Minimum a six month of experience in the same position (Hotel background is preferred).
  • Minimum education is Diploma 1.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal & written skills.
  • Being able to operate VHP is preferred.
  • Patient, humble, genuine, good personality and appearance.
  • Excellent team spirit, attentiveness and patience for customers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to join immediately.
  1. Security – Daily Worker

Qualifications:

  • Minimum a six month of experience in the same position (Hotel background is preferred).
  • Minimum education is SMA/SMK.
  • Patient, humble, genuine, good personality and appearance.
  • Excellent team spirit, attentiveness and patience for customers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to join immediately.
