Tribal is Bali’s first custom-designed Coworking Hostel, opened in 2021, located in Pererenan (Canggu). We serve an incredible Community of 100+ Digital Nomads, Remote Workers, Entrepreneurs and Adventurers every single day, and we provide a unique space for our Community to Work, Play, Stay and Succeed together. In 2023, we were voted the World’s Best Coworking Hostel by Hostelworld, and we want to get even better as we look to grow and expand the Tribal brand all over the world!
This is a super-exciting time to join Tribal, as we gear-up to bring a completely new kind of Travel experience to Bali. Tribal is however a ‘start-up’ company – which means that things can get a little crazy at times! If you are expecting a ‘regular’, ‘standard’ ‘9 to 5’ kind of job then this probably isn’t the one for you. The right candidate for Tribal will be comfortable operating in a start-up environment, meaning they can comfortably start from a ‘blank page’ with no existing ‘way of doing things’. Problem-solving abilities and flexibility to deal with changing and competing priorities will be key – as will excellent Communication skills, both Internal and External.
We are actively recruiting for the following full-time Roles, starting ASAP:
- Marketing Manager.
- Community Manager.
- Content Creator (Video/Photo, Graphics).
- Social Media Specialist.
General Requirements:
- Have linear educational background with the vacant position.
- Domicile in Bali.
- Teamwork, self-motivated, detail-oriented.
- Fluent in English verbal and written.
- Good attitude, good personality, cheerful and energetic.
