Imani Suites, boutique hotel located in the heart of Seminyak’s prestigious Petitenget area. We are currently looking for a potential candidate to join our team as :

FINANCE CONTROLLER

Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, financial planning, and accounting
  • Ability to lead and manage teams, particularly accounting and finance departments.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of financial data and compliance with regulations.
  • Knowledge of local and international accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), tax laws, and financial regulations.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and make decisions based on findings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present financial reports to senior management or external auditors.
  • Ability to quickly resolve financial discrepancies or issues.

Qualifications:

  • Typically 5-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with significant experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Good communication skills, good personality and discipline;
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa;
  • A fundamental requirement. A degree in finance or accounting equips you with knowledge in financial management, accounting principles, and business operations.
  • Able to join immediately;

SOUS CHEF

Responbility

  • Culinary Skills: Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Leadership: Ability to manage, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Menu Development: Some experience in helping with menu planning or recipe creation.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in following recipes and ensuring quality control.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to handle kitchen issues and resolve conflicts swiftly.
  • Health & Safety Standards: Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: Typically 3-5 years of experience working in a kitchen, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role (e.g., as a Chef de Partie).
  • Experience in Various Kitchen Stations: Knowledge of all kitchen sections such as grill, sauté, pastry, etc., is often required.
