We are looking for :
Cook
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary training is preferred.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Highly organized and have good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Good English skill both in oral and written
General Engineering & Maintenance
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in general maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Supervisory or leadership experience (1-3 years minimum).
- Familiarity with hotel-specific systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance tasks including electrical, lumbing. HVAC, carpentary and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment used in hotel operations.
- Proficiency with tools.
- Ability to manage, train and motivate a team of maintenance staff.
- Delegation of tasks and prioritization of projects.
- Experience managing maintenance budgets and cost control.
- Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies or spare parts as needed.
- Problem solving skills.
- Soft skills (effective communication with all the department related, detailed reports about maintenance tasks and outcomes).
- Customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with the unique requirements of the hospitality industry, including : guest service standards, the impact of maintenance work on guest satisfaction, emergency procedures specific to hotel.
