HHRMA Hotel Bali – Glamp Nusa 

Glamp Nusa is a stunning clifftop resort on Bali Southeast coast featuring 40 luxury tented villas. Located only 20 minutes from the airport, the specific location is at Sawangan, Nusa Dua. We are looking for a potential candidate to fill the position:

  1. DW Engineering
  2. DW Gardener
  3. DW Housekeeping
  4. DW Security

General Qualifications for DW Engineering

  • Relevant educational background (diploma or degree)
  • Minimal 1 year experience in similar position
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Able to work independent and teamwork
  • Previous experience in engineering, maintenance, or a similar role is preferred but not always required.
  • Understanding of safety procedures and regulations in maintenance work.
  • Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., electrical or plumbing certifications) is a plus.

General Qualifications for DW Gardener

  • Relevant educational background (diploma or degree)
  • Minimal 1 year experience in similar position
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Able to work independent and teamwork
  • Ability to operate gardening tools and basic machinery (e.g., lawnmowers, trimmers).
  • Good physical condition and stamina to perform outdoor tasks.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

General Qualifications for DW Housekeeping

  • Relevant educational background (diploma or degree)
  • Minimal 1 year experience in similar position
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Able to work independent and teamwork
  • Clean guest rooms, public areas and facilities according to cleanliness standards.
  • Provide and replenish guest supplies as needed.
  • Work in accordance with operational standards and security protocols.
  • Able to work quickly, neatly and carefully.

General Qualifications for DW Security

  • Work experience in the security field, preferably in hotels or the hospitality industry, for at least 1 year.
  • Able to conduct patrols and area surveillance.
  • Skilled in using security equipment (CCTV, alarms).
  • Understand security procedures and first aid.
  • Disciplined, assertive, and able to work in a team.
  • Physically and mentally healthy.
  • Possess a security training certificate (preferred).
