Simply take off your shoes, relax, unwind, and enjoy a refreshing cocktail as the sun sets amidst the majestic Mount Agung. The beautiful and exotic Nusa Penida is only 25 kilometers from Bali and 40 minutes by boat from Sanur.

We are currently seeking the key position:

  1. Chief Accountant (Penida Based)
  2. Sales Executive (Bali Based)

Qualification for Chief Accountant:

  • Good understanding of Villa/Resort operational workflow.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Have experience in a similar position in the 4/5-star hotel.
  • Knowledge in P&L report and analysis, cash flow, and daily revenue reporting.
  • Good understanding in Tax Reporting.
  • Proficient in developing and executing long-term financial strategies that aligh with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Proficient in using data analytic tools and techniques to extract valuable insights from financial data.
  • Relevant educational and experience background.
  • Familiar with VHP Hotel system.
  • English would be preferred.
  • Open minded and can work in a team
  • Position based in Nusa Penida.

Qualification for Sales Executive:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the tourism industry, specifically as a Sales Executive in inbound or outbound travel agencies.
  • Minimum Diploma in Tourism, Management, or related field.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian (Both Verbal and Written). Additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Russian are a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to operate VHP.
  • Proactive, initiative-driven, and able to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
  • Understanding of market trends and demands in the inbound travel industry.
  • Knowledge of tourism destinations in Bali and surrounding areas.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on sales growth.
  • Positive attitude, disciplined, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to understand and meet the needs of travelers.
  • Position based in Bali.
  • Willing to go to Nusa Penida for weekly or monthly meetings if needed
