Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and create a content plan for social media in alignment with the brand or company identity.
- Develop a social media strategy by conducting research, crafting messaging, and understanding the target audience.
- Create engaging digital content for all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, increasing audience engagement, and promoting ongoing campaigns.
- Communicate with audiences on social media, responding to questions via comments or messages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and graphic designers to develop content.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and assess social media performance.
- Generate reports related to traffic for each social media platform and suggest new strategies for achieving maximum results.
- Stay up-to-date with the social media trends and features.
