We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the position below:

  1. JUNIOR SOUS CHEF

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in menu development and ensure consistency in flavors, presentation, and portioning.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, maintaining a high-performance team environment.
  • Manage inventory, stock rotation, and waste control to optimize costs.
  • Implement advanced cooking techniques and ensure high culinary standards.
  • Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Stay updated on culinary trends and contribute to menu innovation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role at a renowned upscale restaurant.
  • A keen eye for culinary trends and a willingness to innovate with new techniques and presentations.
  • Hands-on leadership style, inspiring the team with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Advanced cooking techniques and fine dining expertise are highly desirable.
  • A good grasp of pastry and desserts will be an advantage.
  • Must be adaptable, motivated, and eager to refine their craft.
  • Open to relocating or commuting to Uluwatu.
