The Balé Nusa Dua seeks passionate, enthusiastic, and positively committed candidates to fill up the following position at the resort:

General Requirements:

Have minimum 3 (three) years’ experience in 5-star hotel (1,2)
Exceptional knowledge of various bakery types, baking techniques, and ingredients (1)
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus (1)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines (1)
Food Preparation and Food Service skills (2)
Customer Service and Communication skills (2)
Fresh graduates are welcome (3)
Able to join immediately (1,2,3)
