- Executive Chef
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef within a luxury resort, hotel or fine dining establishment.
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills with the ability to inspire, mentor and guide a diverse culinary team.
- Passionate, professional and committed to continuous learning and growth.
- Excellent managerial skills, including budget management, cost control, inventory management and scheduling.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to design an innovate creative, high-quality menus reflecting both international and local flavors.
- Strong understanding of sustainability practices, including sourcing local and seasonal ingredients where possible.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional and memorable guest experiences.
- Adept at handling guest interactions, feedback and special requests with grace and professionalism.
- Familiarity with current culinary trends and the ability to adapt to evolving guest preferences.
