Need a candidate to be part of our team for the positions as:
- RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality, Management or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Food & Beverage with experience as an Assistant Manager or equivalent position
- Extensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu management, procurement, and staff management
Additional Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications, such as Food Safety Certification or Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Food & Beverage Management systems
- Strong Leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage staff
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and department to achieve hotel goals
Skill:
- Effective communication skills with staff, guest, an suppliers
- Manage time effectively to achieve goals and targets
- Make to informed decisions in unexpected situations
- Manage conflicts and unexpected situations effectively
- DAILY WORKER ROOM ATTENDANT
Requirements:
- Have experience in the hospitality industry or in the same position
- Flexibility to work hours
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
