HHRMA Hotel Bali – Glamp Nusa
Glamp Nusa is a stunning clifftop resort on Bali Southeast coast featuring 40 luxury tented villas. Located only 20 minutes from the airport, the specific location is at Sawangan, Nusa Dua. We are looking for a potential candidate to fill the position:
- Marketing Communication Coordinator
- Bartender
- DW Engineering
- DW Gardener
- DW Housekeeping
General Qualifications for Marketing Communication Coordinator
- Relevant educational background (diploma or degree)
- Minimal 1 year experience in a similar position
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Able to work independent and teamwork
- Develop and design marketing materials, including digital and print assets, presentations, brochures, and other promotional content
- Create visually compelling content for internal and external communications
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure brand alignment in all marketing materials
- Edit and enhance images using Canva, Lightroom, Photoshop, or other editing software
- Utilize Capcut or other video editing tools to create short-form content
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, brand storytelling and creative projects
- Work with external partners, media, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to maintain brand visibility
General Qualifications for Bartender
- Relevant educational background (diploma or degree)
- Minimal 1 year experience in similar position
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Able to work independent and teamwork
- Understand basic bartending techniques such as shaking, stirring, muddling, and layering.
- Ability to mix various types of drinks (cocktails, mocktails, and others).
- Have a bartending certification or related training.
- Understand food and beverage safety standards.
General Qualifications for DW Engineering
- Relevant educational background (diploma or degree)
- Minimal 1 year experience in similar position
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Able to work independent and teamwork
- Previous experience in engineering, maintenance, or a similar role is preferred but not always required.
- Understanding of safety procedures and regulations in maintenance work.
- Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., electrical or plumbing certifications) is a plus.
General Qualifications for DW Gardener
- Relevant educational background (diploma or degree)
- Minimal 1 year experience in similar position
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Able to work independent and teamwork
- Ability to operate gardening tools and basic machinery (e.g., lawnmowers, trimmers).
- Good physical condition and stamina to perform outdoor tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
General Qualifications for DW Housekeeping
- Relevant educational background (diploma or degree)
- Minimal 1 year experience in similar position
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Able to work independent and teamwork
- Clean guest rooms, public areas and facilities according to cleanliness standards.
- Provide and replenish guest supplies as needed.
- Work in accordance with operational standards and security protocols.
- Able to work quickly, neatly and carefully.
