Qualifications:
- Proven experience 3 years in sales & marketing preferably in real estate, hospitality, or luxury property sales
- Ability to lead a team, develop sales strategies, and drive business growth
- Strong communication, and negotiation skills, proven record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, trends, pricing strategies, and the hospitality industry’s demands
