We are currently looking for talented and motivated candidates for the following positions:

  1. Chief Accountant

Qualifications:

  1. Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  1. Work Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Experience in handling audits and liaising with external auditors.
  • Familiarity with hotel industry financial regulations and tax compliance.
  1. Technical Skills
  • Proficient in financial accounting software (e.g., Vhp, SunSystems, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements, cash flow management, and profit & loss analysis.
  • Expertise in cost control, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Solid understanding of hotel industry accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Experience with internal controls and compliance procedures.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
  1. Soft Skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with management, vendors, and financial institutions.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in financial matters.
