Agriculture Manager
Requirements:
- Indonesian Citizen Only
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in farm management, agribusiness, or a related field. Have experience in luxury boutique resort will be advantage.
- Knowledge of crop production, organic farming, livestock management, soil science, and pest control.
- Understanding of regenerative farming or permaculture (permanent cultural).
- Familiarity with agricultural laws, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Problem-solving skills for dealing with weather challenges, pest outbreaks, and market fluctuations.
- Strong leadership, organizational and time-management
- Have good English both of written & Spoken will be advantage.
- Good attitude and pleasant personality.
