ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Anagata Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration Manager to join our team in Tanjung Benoa, Bali. If you have a strong background in accounting operations and a passion for hospitality, we invite you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting & Finance:
- Oversee daily revenue input and cross-check financial reports.
- Approve store requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support audits.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management.
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors or consultants.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and control.
- Conduct cost control analysis to minimize unnecessary expenses.
- Prepare and analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports, identifying financial trends and providing recommendations to management.
- Human Resources & Administration:
- Handle employee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee employee benefits, contracts, and dispute resolutions.
- Maintain HR records and support staff development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting, finance, and HR management.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, payroll processing, and labor regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
