- ENGINEERING
Qualification:
- Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, or related technical field.
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or engineering, preferably within the hospitality industry (hotels or villas) or other facilities management settings.
- Exposure to plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repair.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical system, and general maintenance practices.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for system like water heaters, air conditioning, and lighting.
- Ability to quickly address issues in a high-standard environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic English to coordinate with the team and follow instructions.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Willing to join immediately.
