We are currently looking for a potential candidate to join our team as :

Barista

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression upon arrival;
  • Effectively communicate with guests to ascertain their beverage preferences;
  • Accurately take and transmit food and beverage orders;
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests’ tables in a timely and courteous manner;
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards;
  • Proactively address guests’ needs and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service;
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize service delivery and ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related position, background in the hospitality or F&B domain is preferred;
  • Good communication skills, good personality and discipline;
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa;
  • Neat personal appearance and a high level of personal hygiene;
  • Ability to cope with the physical demands of the job;
  • Familiar with EDC machine;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Able to join immediately;

BOOK KEEPER

Responbility

  • Strong understanding of accounting & bookkeeping principles
  • Proficient in using accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, VHP, etc.)
  • Ability in financial statement reconciliation, AR/AP, journal entries, tax, and audit
  • Able to create financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow)
  • Familiar with applicable tax and financial regulations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or Management
  • 3-5 years experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance
  • Preferably have experience as a senior bookkeeper or supervisor

Engineering

Responbility

  • Technical Knowledge: Expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Knowledge of maintaining hotel infrastructure before problems arise.
  • Safety Standards: Familiarity with health and safety regulations, particularly concerning the safety of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Communication Skills: Interaction with hotel management, guests, and staff requires clear communication, especially when resolving issues that might affect the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Certification in Engineering or Related Fields: Many roles require certifications or degrees in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in Hospitality: Experience in hotel settings can be a plus, as it requires knowledge of the specific challenges hotels face.
  • Licenses: Depending on the region and role, certain positions (like electricians or plumbers) may require professional licenses.

Cook

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation: Assisting in the preparation for various
  • Workstation Maintenance: Ensuring the workstation is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
  • Moulding and Tempering: Learning the essential techniques such as tempering chocolate, molding, and coating.
  • Confectionery Making: Assisting in the creation of other confections (e.g., fudge, caramel, fillings) that complement chocolate products.
  • Packaging: Helping to package chocolates and ensure the presentation is visually appealing.
  • Maintaining Quality: Assisting in ensuring products meet the desired taste and texture by following strict recipes and techniques.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Following proper hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
  • Support Senior Chocolatiers: Helping senior with specialized tasks, which may include troubleshooting or experimenting with new recipes and techniques.

Skills and Qualifications for Commis Chocolatier

  • Basic Culinary Skills: A foundational understanding of culinary arts
  • Creativity: While working under supervision, a commis chocolatier may need to come up with new ideas for chocolate products or presentations.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage ingredients, tools, and workstations efficiently.
  • Physical Stamina: The job may require standing for long periods, lifting heavy items, and repetitive motions.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene Knowledge: Knowledge of proper food handling and hygiene procedures is essential.

Qualifications

  • Culinary Diploma/Certificate: While not always mandatory, a diploma or certificate in culinary arts, pastry arts, or a similar field from a recognized institution is often preferred.
  • Experience: Although a commis position is usually an entry-level role, some experience in a kitchen (even as an intern or apprentice) or a background in baking/pastry work is an advantage.

Purchasing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and supervise the purchasing department to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make data-driven purchasing decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in the purchasing process.
  • Work closely with finance and accounting departments to manage budgets and expenses.
  • Provide leadership and training to purchasing staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
