RECEPTION SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years in a front desk or supervisory role, preferably in luxury villas, resorts, or five-star hotels.
- Relevant educational background in hospitality or a related field.
- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent customer service and guest relations.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
- Supervise and train front desk staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain the guest database and ensure up-to-date information.
- Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to fulfill guest needs.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures and emergency protocols.
- Assist with managing staff schedules and resolve staffing issues.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
- In coordination with the Reservations and E-Commerce teams, manage incoming guest reservations.
