Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years in a front desk or supervisory role, preferably in luxury villas, resorts, or five-star hotels.
  • Relevant educational background in hospitality or a related field.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and guest relations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and ensure accurate billing.
  • Maintain the guest database and ensure up-to-date information.
  • Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to fulfill guest needs.
  • Ensure compliance with security procedures and emergency protocols.
  • Assist with managing staff schedules and resolve staffing issues.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
  • In coordination with the Reservations and E-Commerce teams, manage incoming guest reservations.
